1. Cine suntem

Aplicația KarCo Auto și site-ul karco-auto.com sunt oferite de [nume / PFA / SRL], CUI [CUI], cu sediul în [adresă] („noi”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Ce face aplicația

KarCo Auto te ajută să ții evidența termenelor mașinii (RCA, ITP, rovinietă, revizie și altele) și ale documentelor personale, să păstrezi pozele documentelor și să urmărești costurile. Prin instalarea și folosirea aplicației accepți acești termeni.

3. Reamintirile sunt un ajutor, nu o garanție

Răspunderea pentru respectarea termenelor legale (asigurare, inspecție tehnică, rovinietă, taxe etc.) rămâne a ta. Notificările depind de setările telefonului (de exemplu economisirea bateriei), iar datele citite automat din poze pot conține greșeli: verifică întotdeauna data pe documentul original. Nu răspundem pentru amenzi, penalități sau alte pagube produse de un termen ratat.

4. Datele tale

Datele introduse rămân pe telefonul tău (vezi politica de confidențialitate). Pentru că nu avem server, nu le putem recupera dacă pierzi telefonul sau ștergi aplicația. Păstrează backup-ul din Download/KarCo într-un loc sigur.

5. Pachete și abonamente

Gratuit: o mașină, toate funcțiile.
Plus (până la 3 mașini) și Pro (nelimitat): abonamente anuale cumpărate prin Google Play.
Prețul este afișat în aplicație și în Google Play înainte de cumpărare, cu taxele incluse.
Abonamentul se reînnoiește automat la sfârșitul fiecărui an. Îl poți anula oricând din Google Play → Plăți și abonamente; rămâne activ până la sfârșitul perioadei plătite.
Plata, facturarea și rambursările sunt gestionate de Google Play, conform politicilor Google.
Dacă abonamentul expiră, mașinile peste limita pachetului gratuit se blochează, dar nu se șterg; le deblochezi reînnoind abonamentul.

6. Utilizare permisă

Îți acordăm dreptul neexclusiv și netransferabil de a folosi aplicația în scop personal. Nu ai voie să copiezi, să decompilezi sau să redistribui aplicația, cu excepția situațiilor permise de lege.

7. Aplicația „ca atare”

Facem tot posibilul ca aplicația să funcționeze corect, dar o oferim „ca atare”, fără garanția că va fi lipsită de erori. În limita permisă de lege, răspunderea noastră totală este limitată la suma plătită de tine pentru abonament în ultimele 12 luni. Nimic din acești termeni nu îți restrânge drepturile de consumator prevăzute de lege.

8. Modificări

Putem actualiza acești termeni; versiunea nouă apare pe această pagină, cu data actualizării. Schimbările importante le anunțăm și în aplicație.

9. Legea aplicabilă

Acești termeni sunt guvernați de legea română. Pentru reclamații ne poți scrie oricând; te poți adresa și Autorității Naționale pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (anpc.ro).

1. Who we are

The KarCo Auto app and the karco-auto.com website are provided by [name / company], tax ID [ID], registered at [address] (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the app does

KarCo Auto helps you keep track of your car’s deadlines (insurance, inspection, road vignette, service and more) and personal documents, keep photos of your documents and follow your costs. By installing and using the app you accept these terms.

3. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee

You remain responsible for meeting legal deadlines (insurance, technical inspection, vignette, taxes etc.). Notifications depend on your phone’s settings (such as battery saving), and data read automatically from photos may contain mistakes: always check the date on the original document. We are not liable for fines, penalties or other damage caused by a missed deadline.

4. Your data

The data you enter stays on your phone (see the privacy policy). Because we have no server, we cannot recover it if you lose your phone or delete the app. Keep the backup from Download/KarCo somewhere safe.

5. Plans and subscriptions

Free: one car, all features.
Plus (up to 3 cars) and Pro (unlimited): yearly subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before purchase, taxes included.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each year. You can cancel it at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies.
If a subscription ends, cars above the free plan’s limit are locked but never deleted; renew to unlock them.

6. Permitted use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

7. The app “as is”

We do our best to make the app work correctly, but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version appears on this page with its update date. Important changes are also announced in the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. You can contact us with any complaint; you may also turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro).
